The Question That
Changed Everything

The Question That Changed Everything

Before I was a changemaker, facilitator, speaker, or consultant,
I was a young boy who became a refugee during the war in Kosovo -
watching what happens when we forget our humanity and fracture our identities,
and asking myself a question that has guided my life ever since:

What separates those who cause harm from those who move society forward?

The Changemaker
Journey

The Changemaker
Journey

From student activism to global strategy, this is a journey of building spaces where innovation meets purpose to drive lasting social impact.

Student Changemaker

My changemaker journey began as a student who refused to sit on the sidelines. At Arizona State University, I helped lead initiatives such as Changemaker Central and the Two Dollar Challenge - co-founding student organizations, serving in student government, and mobilizing thousands of students around social impact and civic engagement. These years taught me that giving myself permission to be the change is not just a great way to live a meaningful life, but also fantastic career move.

Social Entrepreneur

That curiosity led me to Ashoka, the pioneer network of social entrepreneurs, where I spent nearly a decade designing and facilitating learning experiences for global fellows, corporations, and educational institutions. I helped expand the Spiritual Changemakers Initiative into a multi-language global community and supported partnerships that embedded changemaking into educational ecosystems.

Vision Architect

After Ashoka, my work expanded into consulting with organizations such as UNDP, USAID, the U.S. Department of State, and the White House AI Initiative — facilitating strategic retreats, human-centered design programs, and culture-building experiences that strengthened alignment and innovation. Across these chapters, I have facilitated more than 230 workshops and leadership sessions, engaging thousands of leaders across sectors and continents.

Continuing the Work: Transformative Spaces for Changemakers Everywhere

Today, through Changemaker Allies and partnerships with institutions like the ASU College of Global Futures and the Watson Institute, I continue this work - creating transformative spaces where changemakers reconnect, realign, and move forward with clarity in times that demand depth. I am a faculty at ASU teaching a course called “Being the Change”. Recently, I joined forces with my business mentor, Brent Martini, Fortune 50 leader, to develop a framework focused on strengthening intrapreneurship - equipping individuals and organizations to drive change from within.

The Changeless Dimension

The world is changing faster than any curriculum - or strategy - can keep up with. Technology evolves, industries shift, and expectations rise. In the midst of this acceleration, we cannot rely on information alone. To navigate complexity well, we must anchor ourselves in something that does not fluctuate with every trend - the changeless dimension inside of us -  our presence, our values, our character, and our shared humanity.

We must learn to listen across differences, adapt without losing integrity, collaborate without collapsing into division, and intentionally create spaces where being the change is not a just a nice slogan - but a lived practice.

The Moment That
Changed Everything

The Moment That Changed Everything

There was a time when my curiosity turned into an obsession. What began with quantum physics became a deeper search - one that kept me asking: What is this reality? Who am I, really? And then, one quiet night, a thought broke through: What if science and spirituality are pointing to the same truth? In that moment, something shifted - not as an idea, but as an experience.

I could observe my thoughts instead of being consumed by them, and that small distance changed everything. It set me on a path of deep inner exploration - silent retreats, time in India, daily yoga and meditation - and a lifelong commitment to one simple truth: to Be the Change.

The Space Between

I came to realize that my core strength was not necessarily just in thinking or performing —but in listening. Not only to my own thoughts and emotions, but to the space between people—the space of possibility waiting to unfold.

As a kid, I was the captain of my basketball team not because I was the best player, but because I knew how to create space for others to show up at their best. In college, I became an outstanding graduate student leader not because of my GPA, but because I learned how to facilitate, connect, and weave people together.

My engineering background, combined with deep inner exploration, helped me step into this role with clarity and purpose. Inspired by mentors, friends, and collaborators, I developed the Wholeness Facilitation Framework—a way of facilitating transformation that honors the full human experience:

Inner Dimension

Cultivating awareness, presence, and self-leadership

Relational Dimension

building trust, connection, and collective intelligence

External Action Dimension

translating insight into meaningful, aligned action

We’ve Got This

We’ve Got This

The world feels complex right now. Fast. Loud. Uncertain.

But we must remain committed.

Because I have seen what happens when people are given the right space - when leaders slow down enough to listen, when teams reconnect to purpose, when institutions choose courage over comfort. I have seen fragmentation turn into alignment. I have seen uncertainty turn into clarity.

We are not powerless in this moment. We are responsible for how we hold it.

If you are navigating change, shaping culture, building a program, if you are inspiring the next generation of leaders or preparing for a pivotal chapter - you do not have to do it alone. You can count on me as an ally in strengthening the inner and relational capacity that makes transformation sustainable and humane.

We’re in this together. We’ve got this.
